Your GDPR rights
Depending on your situation, you may ask for access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate information, object to certain processing, request restriction, ask for deletion, or request portability where applicable.
What you can already do in the app
You can update profile details, adjust visibility settings, remove content you posted, and deactivate your account from Settings. Account deactivation hides your content from the app and deactivates associated pet profiles.
How to submit a GDPR request
For access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or portability requests that are not available directly in the product, contact support@inapetlife.com from the email address associated with your account and include enough detail for the team to identify the request safely.
Verification and response
To protect account security, Inapetlife may request reasonable verification before acting on privacy-related requests. Responses may be limited where legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, or the rights of other users require it.
